| One has built 8 years now. In December 2019, the Galgenbuck tunnel will be opened. The 1 km long tunnel connects the Enge in Beringen with the Bahntal in Schaffhausen. Instead of 240 Millionen franks, the tunnel has now costed only 215 Millions. There had been challenges like difficult rock or that the tunnel passes close to the tunnel of the German railways. |
